Job summary

Suncrest Hospice in Missouri seeks a Community Liaison to expand referral networks and advance marketing initiatives across our hospice services. The role focuses on building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and community partners to ensure continued, high-quality care for patients and families.

The Community Liaison will drive outreach, manage payer relationships, and monitor market perceptions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary hospice team to meet service-area needs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Demonstration of good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and build relationships with referral sources.
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license.

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets
