Job summary

Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Community Liaison to expand referral networks and strengthen partnerships with physicians, hospitals, and community organizations. You will develop marketing strategies, monitor perceptions, and support strategic planning to identify new services that meet patient needs.

The role requires the ability to work independently within an interdisciplinary team and travel as needed to build relationships across our service area.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare sales, especially home care and/or hospice.
• Ability to market aggressively while maintaining positive industry relationships.
• Demonstration of good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and build relationships with referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources
• Build and monitor community, customer, payer, and patient perceptions of the organization
• Assist in strategic planning to identify opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing
• Maintain comprehensive working knowledge of Suncrest Hospice markets

Candidates will need to feel confident in their ability to be a self-starter, as well as work with an interdisciplinary team of highly skilled hospice members.
