Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking a Hospice CNA/STNA to join our compassionate hospice team serving Lebanon, Middletown and Springboro. Full-time, 8a-5p, Monday–Friday, with travel between patient homes as needed.

You will provide direct personal care, document care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support quality of life. Qualifications include active Ohio STNA, CPR, and at least 1 year of direct patient care.

Formación

• Must be CNA/STNA certified and active on the Ohio State STNA Registry; CPR required.
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience in institutional or home care settings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and understanding of hospice philosophy.

Responsabilidades

• Provides personal care to patients.
• Maintains patient rights and dignity in all care activities.
• Documents hospice plan of care for each patient.
• Observes and reports patient status to RN.
• Assists in feeding as needed.
• Travels to visit patients in Lebanon, Middletown, and Springboro.
