Job summary

AccentCare is hiring a Hospice Aide / CNA for a PRN role in Groesbeck, Texas. You will provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients in their homes or affiliated facilities, assisting with personal care, repositioning, and mobility.

Responsibilities include maintaining patient safety, supporting daily living activities, and adapting to home or facility environments while upholding infection control and safety protocols. Prior CNA and CPR certifications are required where specified.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide with state training and competency exam.
• CPR certification required for direct patient care where applicable.
• Must be listed on state aide registry and eligible to provide care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to hospice patients, including personal hygiene and mobility support.
• Assist patients at home or facilities with daily living activities ensuring safety and dignity.
• Monitor comfort, respond to needs, and maintain infection control and safety protocols.
• Work in home and facility settings under varying conditions.
