Job summary

Acts Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide professional, compassionate care in hospice residences. You will perform personal care and related services as assigned by the Clinical Care Manager or Hospice RN, ensuring resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Minimum one year of experience within the geriatric healthcare field.

• Provide professional, compassionate, personal care and related services in hospice participant residences, as assigned by the Clinical Care Manager or Hospice RN.
• Support and collaborate with the hospice care team to ensure resident comfort and safety.
