Job summary

Acts Hospice in Delaware County, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 30-hour-per-week position to provide compassionate, professional care in hospice participant residences. You will assist with activities of daily living under the guidance of the Clinical Care Manager or Hospice RN.

Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, CNA certification, CPR eligibility, and at least one year of geriatric healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Minimum one year of experience within the geriatric healthcare field.
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, compassionate, personal care and related services in hospice participant residences, as assigned by the Clinical Care Manager or Hospice RN.
