Job summary

Acts Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. You will provide professional, compassionate, personal care and related services in hospice residences as assigned by the Clinical Care Manager or Hospice RN.

The ideal candidate holds a current CNA certification and at least one year of geriatric healthcare experience, with CPR certification (current or eligible). A generous benefits package includes health, 401(k) with company match, PTO and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures as needed
• Support patients and families with dignity and respect
