Job summary

Best Hospice Care of Texas is seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice team in Beaumont, TX. You will provide hands-on personal care to patients in homes and facilities, helping maintain comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

You’ll collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to support families daily. Responsibilities include bathing, mobility assistance, documenting care, and traveling within the service area.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification
• Compassionate and respectful approach to patient care
• Dependable with strong time-management and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in patients’ homes and facilities
• Hospice or home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist patients with mobility and activities of daily living
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nurse
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families
• Follow individualized plans of care and safety guidelines
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
• Travel to patient homes and facilities throughout the service area
• Communicate and collaborate with the hospice care team
