Beaumontnursingandrehab is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team in Beaumont, Texas. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and support residents with mobility and safety, following care policies and patient rights.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Texas Nursing Assistant Certification.
• Strong attendance and reliability are required.
• Able to document care and communicate effectively with the care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing per policy.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock grooming supplies.
• Support Mobility: safely ambulate and transfer residents with assistive devices.
• Record Vital Information: accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed.
