Best Hospice Care of Texas is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate in-home and facility-based care across our service area. You will assist patients with personal care, mobility, and daily activities while working closely with nurses and the hospice team to ensure comfort, dignity, and high-quality support for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification
• Compassionate and respectful approach to patient care
• Dependable with strong time-management and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in patients’ homes and facilities
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Hospice or home health experience is preferred, but not required

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene assistance
• Assist patients with mobility, positioning, and activities of daily living
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the appropriate nurse
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families
• Follow individualized plans of care and safety guidelines
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
• Travel to patient homes and facilities throughout the assigned service area
• Communicate and collaborate with the hospice care team
