Job summary

Elevation Hospice of Colorado is seeking a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team in Morrison, CO. You will provide compassionate in-home care, assist patients with daily activities, and collaborate with registered nurses to support comfort and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Completed CNA training/competency program and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or state licensure that meets requirements.
• Must have CNA license.
• Must have current driver’s license.
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their home.
• Assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations with the supervisor.
• Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
