Job summary

Elevation Hospice of Colorado is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice team. The position provides personal healthcare and related services to patients in their residence, while helping maintain a safe and clean environment and coordinating with the supervising nurse.

Qualified candidates will have a CNA license and state-approved nurse aide training, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of hospice or related care experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Completion of state-approved nurse aide training or equivalent licensure.
• Must hold CNA license and valid driver’s license.
• At least one year experience in hospice or related care setting.
• Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their place of residence.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and cooperate with patients and families.
• Communicate observations to supervising RN.
