Job summary

Superior Hospice in Richfield, MN is seeking a compassionate Hospice CNA to join a dedicated care team. You will assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, keeping them safe and comfortable while following care plans with nurses.

Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, provide emotional support, and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team. Full benefits for full-time staff, mileage reimbursement, and a $500 sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Hospice experience preferred; home care, assisted living, long-term care, hospital, or oncology experience welcomed.
• Compassionate, dependable, and relationship-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
