Job summary

Superior Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice CNA to provide intimate, patient-centered care in the Twin Cities service area. You will assist with daily activities, ensure comfort and dignity, and communicate changes to the nursing team, working within a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.

This full-time role offers a $500 sign-on bonus, mileage reimbursement, and full benefits, reflecting a commitment to quality, compassionate care for patients and families during challenging

Qualifications

• Hospice experience preferred, home care, assisted living, long-term care, hospital, or oncology experience welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Help patients remain comfortable while maintaining their dignity and independence.
• Observe and communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
• Provide companionship and emotional support during each visit.
• Follow individualized care plans while collaborating with nurses and the interdisciplinary team.
• Create a calm, safe, and welcoming environment wherever you provide care.

What You'll Do
