Job summary

Superior Hospice seeks a compassionate Hospice CNA to provide in-home care across the Twin Cities service area. You will assist patients with daily living tasks, ensure comfort, and support families.

This full-time role offers mileage reimbursement, a $500 sign-on bonus, and full benefits. You will work with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to deliver respectful, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Hospice experience preferred; other care settings welcomed.
• Compassionate, dependable, and relationship-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Help patients remain comfortable, safe, and independent.
• Observe changes in condition and communicate with the hospice team.
• Provide encouragement, companionship, and emotional support.
• Follow individualized care plans with professionalism and compassion.
• Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care.
