Job summary

AdvisaCare Hospice Care, a Medicare Certified Agency for over 20 years, is seeking experienced, motivated, and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide personal care services to our hospice clients in the West Valley.

This role offers a flexible schedule, weekly paychecks, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advanced training in a rewarding and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• State of Arizona CNA certification (current)
• High school graduate or GED
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 6 months Hospice CNA experience or equivalent (preferred)
• Excellent communication, prioritization & organizational skills
• Drug screen prior to employment (medical & recreational marijuana)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to hospice clients in the West Valley.
