Job summary

AdvisaCare Hospice is seeking experienced, motivated, and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide personal care services to hospice clients in the East Valley, including Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, and East Mesa. The role offers a meaningful opportunity to build relationships and contribute to a healing environment.

Arizona CNA certification required, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• State of Arizona Certified Nursing Assistant (current)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 6 months of Hospice CNA experience (preferred but not required)
• Drug screen prior to employment including medical & recreational marijuana

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to Hospice clients in the East Valley including Apache Junction, Gold Canyon and East Mesa

The right candidates will provide personal care services to our Hospice clients in the East Valley including Apache Junction, Gold Canyon, and East Mesa.
