Job summary

Bluegrass Care Navigators seeks a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join its hospice team in Fayette and Jessamine County on a PRN basis. The CNA provides personal care, supports comfort, and maintains a safe home-like environment for patients with terminal illness.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates empathy for patients who are ill or frail.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Accurate observation and documentation of patient care.
• Must have valid driver's license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to meet daily patient needs.
• Maintain a safe home-like environment and assist with comfort measures.
