Job summary

AccentCare in Largo, MD is seeking a Hospice Aide / CNA to provide compassionate, hands-on patient care in home and facility settings. Schedule is 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, with an $18.00–$22.00 hourly pay range based on experience.

Qualifications

• Certified by the state as a nurse's aide with competency exam requirements.
• CPR certification required for direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients, including personal hygiene, repositioning and mobility support.
• Support patients in their homes or care facilities through movement and daily activities, ensuring dignity.
• Monitor comfort levels, respond to needs, and uphold patient safety and infection control protocols.
• Work comfortably in home and facility environments, adapting to varying conditions.
