Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Hospice Aide / CNA in Largo, MD. This full-time daytime role offers patient-centered care in home and facility settings, with a schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, and no remote work.

You will support comfort, hygiene, mobility and end-of-life care while following safety protocols and providing compassionate service. The position requires state nurse’s aide certification, CPR, and a valid driver’s license, with compensation between

Qualifications

• Certified by the state as a nurse’s aide with required training and a passing score.
• CPR certification required for direct patient care.
• Must be listed on the state aide registry and eligible to provide care in homes, nursing facilities, or hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients, including hygiene, repositioning and mobility support.
• Assist in home or facility settings, including walking, standing, and safe transportation as needed.
• Monitor comfort levels, respond to needs, and maintain patient safety and dignity.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols in varied environments.
