Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide comfort-focused care to hospice patients in home or facility settings in Murray, UT. Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification as required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Hospice, home health, skilled nursing, or senior care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Help with positioning, transfers, mobility, and comfort needs.
• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in patients' homes or care settings.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse.
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
• Support patients and families with kindness, dignity, and respect.
