Bridges Hospice, Inc is seeking compassionate Hospice CNAs to join our team serving patients in their homes. You will provide essential personal care under the direction of a Registered Nurse and/or Supervisor, with responsibilities including bathing, feeding support, transfers, and vitals documentation.

Qualified candidates hold a CNA certification, with prior hospice or in-home care preferred. Travel within service areas is required, and we offer competitive benefits and a patient-centered

Qualifications

• Must hold a CNA certification.
• One year of direct patient care in acute or sub-acute settings preferred.
• Hospice experience is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, hygiene, skin care, and mobility.
• Support feeding, dressing, transferring, positioning, and ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs; communicate changes to RN/supervisor.
• Document care provided and maintain patient dignity and comfort.
