Job summary

ProStat Workforce is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants / Hospice Aides for home and facility hospice visits across Delaware and Montgomery County, PA.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm day shift. Full-time or part-time, temp-to-hire. Active Pennsylvania CNA certification required; valid driver's license and reliable transportation; hospice or end-of-life care experience preferred; comfort with hospice care required.

Hospice or end-of-life care experience preferred; comfort with hospice care required.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and comfort care to hospice patients (about 4-5 patients per day)
Support patients and families with dignity and compassion
Document care and communicate with the hospice care team
