Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice in Denton, Texas is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team. You will provide personal healthcare support, assist patients in their homes, and work under RN supervision to ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has CNA license
• Must have current driver’s license
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their place of residence and assist in maintaining a safe, clean environment.
• Work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse and communicate observations.
