Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal healthcare and related services in patients’ homes. The role supports the supervisor and collaborates with families to ensure comfort and safety.

Qualified candidates will have a CNA license, state-approved Nurse aide training, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation. Hospice experience and a strong patient-care focus are preferred for this caring team.

Qualifications

• Must have CNA license.
• Nurse aide training/competency program approved by state.
• Current driver’s license or equivalent.
• At least one year experience as Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services in patient’s residence.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and coordinate with patient and family.
• Work under the supervision of a registered nurse and report observations.
