Job summary

Serenity Hospice – Lancaster, Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team serving Lancaster, PA and surrounding areas.

This role offers no night shifts or weekend work, mileage reimbursement, 401(k) enrollment, and PTO. You will provide personal care, assist with bathing and mobility, and report changes to the hospice nurse while delivering dignified, patient-centered care to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania.
• Hospice/home health/long-term care experience preferred.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for hospice patients
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care
