Job summary

Serenity Hospice in Lancaster, PA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team serving Lancaster, PA and surrounding areas. You will provide personal care, assist with daily living activities, and support patients and families with dignity and comfort in this meaningful role.

Active PA CNA certification is required; hospice or home health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification.
• Hospice, home health, or long-term care experience preferred.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living for hospice patients.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the hospice nurse.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.

This position is ideal for someone who is dedicated to providing comfort, dignity, and supportive care to patients during an important time in their lives.
