AccentCare, Inc. in Renton, WA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for hospice care. This full-time position offers a Mon-Fri 8am-5pm schedule with pay ranging from $24 to $30 per hour, based on experience.

The role involves compassionate, hands-on patient care, including hygiene, mobility support, and ensuring comfort with safety and infection control in home or facility settings. You will join a team dedicated to excellent end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Certified by the state as a nurse’s aide, with completion of required training and competency exam.
• CPR certification required for direct patient care in Washington.
• Must be listed on the state aide registry with a clear record and eligible to provide care in homes, nursing facilities, or hospitals.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to hospice patients, including assistance with personal hygiene, repositioning, and mobility support.
• Support patients in their homes or care facilities through movement and activity, ensuring timely, dignified end-of-life care.
• Monitor comfort levels, respond to needs, and assist with daily living activities while upholding safety and infection control.
• Work in home and facility environments, adapting to varying conditions while maintaining patient safety and dignity.
