Job summary

Acts Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide professional and compassionate personal care in hospice participant residences, under the direction of the Clinical Care Manager or Hospice RN.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current State certification for Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Minimum one year of experience within the geriatric healthcare field.
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will provide professional, compassionate, personal care and related services in all hospice participant residences, as assigned by the Clinical Care Manager or Hospice RN.
