Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CAN program completion preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Set up patient rooms and orient patients to room layout, lights, TV and phone.
• Assist with admission, transfer and discharge along with vital signs collection.
• Provide personal care including bathing, oral care, shading and skin care.
• Respond to call lights and patient requests; document patient needs.
• Support patient and family education and comfort in line with hospice guidelines.
