Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care services to patients as prescribed.
• Uses safety principles and proper body mechanics for transfers and positioning.
• Plans and prepares nutritious meals and assists with feeding.
• Performs homemaking and environmental tasks as assigned.
• Observes, reports and documents changes in patient status to the nurse.
