Adoration Health in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a compassionate Hospice CNA to join our team. This role provides dignity, comfort, and essential support to patients and families during a difficult time, with a focus on safe, attentive in-home or facility-based care.

You will work days, full-time, with supportive supervision from a multidisciplinary team and opportunities for growth within a growing organization.

Competenze

• Six months of CNA experience including personal care.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Current CPR certification.
• Able to read/write and document care.
• Willing to work with hospice patients and families.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Provide 1:1 personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility).
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with mobility, ROM, and transfers.
• Aid with medications per state regulations.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with hospice interdisciplinary team.
