Job summary

Adoration Health in Grenada, MS is seeking a dedicated Hospice CNA to join our team. You will provide 1:1 care, assist with daily living activities, and support patients and families in a compassionate, dignified manner during a difficult time.

This role offers a supportive work environment with team collaboration, required state training, CPR certification, and opportunities for ongoing professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• Meet the training requirements of the state of practice.
• Minimum of six months experience including providing personal care.
• Must be 18+ years of age; complete 75 hours of classroom and supervised training with 16 hours of practical training; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to patients and families.
• Monitor changes in patient condition and report them.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, ROM, and safe equipment use.
• Help with self-administered medications per state regulations.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Light housekeeping, meals, and space maintenance.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Collaborate with hospice interdisciplinary team.
