Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Hospice CNA to join our Cleveland, MS team. You will provide compassionate, dedicated 1:1 care to patients in a hospice setting, supporting families and maintaining a calm, respectful environment.

You will perform personal care tasks, monitor patient status, assist with mobility and medications, and document care accurately. The role offers flexible PRN scheduling and opportunities for professional growth within a

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months experience providing personal care.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Complete a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training, 16 of the 75 hours must be completed prior to a mandatory 16 hours of practical training.
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to read and follow written instructions
• Understand hospice philosophy and provide specialized care to the terminally ill

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and repositioning.
• Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, ROM, and safe equipment use.
• Assist with self-administered medications per state regulations.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Light housekeeping, meals, and space maintenance.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with hospice interdisciplinary team
