Job summary

Serenity Hospice Care Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality end-of-life care to patients in Murrysville/Monroeville, Pennsylvania. The CNA will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life for patients in their homes and care facilities.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned service area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
• Document patient care accurately and timely.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Build compassionate relationships with patients and their families.
• Follow all hospice policies, procedures, and infection control standards.

Position Summary
