Anodyne Palliative Services in Naperville, IL is seeking compassionate CNAs to provide in-home and facility-based hospice support, delivering personal care, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring comfort for patients at end of life.

You will assist with daily activities, document care in medical records, and collaborate with a caring team to uphold dignity and quality of life. A CNA credential and driver's license are required; flexible schedule options available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program or equivalent training.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation systems.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to hospice patients in their homes or healthcare facilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Assist with medication reminders and administration.
• Document patient care activities and observations in medical records.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
