Job summary

ViaQuest Hospice in Monongahela, PA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to support patients in the home and community setting.

You will follow the plan of care, communicate updates to the RN, assist with activities of daily living, and provide compassionate care to patients and families. Travel throughout the designated service area is required; we offer comprehensive training, a full benefits package, PTO, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement, and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
