Job summary

ViaQuest Hospice in Marysville, OH is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate team. You will perform duties per the plan of care, support patients and families, and help maintain a safe, healing environment during visits.

This full-time role includes training with Brightree and Elsevier, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and a competitive benefits package. Candidates must have a CNA certificate, be 18+, and have reliable transportation to cover our service area.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Willingness to travel across service area.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform mobility tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties as outlined in the plan of care.
• Effectively communicate updates and changes to patient’s status to the supervising RN.
• Maintain a safe patient environment.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families.
• Maintain current patient records and progress notes.
• Work as a member of the interdisciplinary team.
