Job summary

Southern Grace Hospice LLC in Sherman, TX is seeking a compassionate PRN Certified Nursing Assistant to provide one-on-one end-of-life care to patients in the community. Qualifications

• Active Texas CNA certification is required.
• Hospice or home health experience is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Dallas area.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to varying schedules.
