Dignity Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice - CNA (PRN) to join our team in South Dallas, TX. The role focuses on delivering high-quality in-home patient care in collaboration with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates have hospice experience, strong communication, and a patient-centered approach, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Our clinicians provide support to patients and families while maintaining detailed records and coordinating care.

Qualifications

• Experience working in hospice care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the physician.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Assist with end-of-life care.
• Maintain accurate patient records.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice - CNA. The ideal candidate will have experience working in hospice care and be able to provide exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Assist with end-of-life care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
