Qualifications

- Previous experience in a hospice home care setting with two years of management or supervisory experience.
- Understanding of the hospice philosophy and issues of death and dying.
Responsibilities
- Receive case referrals and review patient information to determine needs.
- Assign appropriate hospice personnel to referral case as needed.
- Conduct clinical record reviews and communicate findings.
- Assist in interviewing new employees and orientation.
- Participate in quality assessment performance improvement teams.
