Job summary

Bristol Hospice in Merced, CA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to ensure high-quality care for patients and families in a compassionate environment. In this role, you'll manage clinical personnel and oversee service delivery, while actively participating in quality improvement initiatives.

The appropriate candidate will have a Registered Nurse license, management experience, and a passion for hospice care and patient support.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Registered Nurse license in California.
• Previous experience in hospice home care with management/supervisory experience.
• Excellent observation and communication skills.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Review patient needs and assign personnel accordingly.
• Conduct home visits and conferred with medical staff.
• Assess health needs of the community.
• Participate in quality assessment performance improvement teams.
