Job summary

Bristol Hospice in Waxahachie, TX is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee hospice services and ensure high-quality patient care. The role focuses on supervising clinical personnel, reviewing cases, and coordinating with medical leadership to determine eligibility for services.

The successful candidate will have an active RN license, hospice/home care supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• A Registered Nurse with current licensure in good standing.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience in hospice/home care.
• Excellent observation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive case referrals and review patient information to determine hospice/home care needs.
• Assign appropriate hospice personnel to referrals as needed.
• Consult with Medical Director and Attending Physician regarding eligibility for services.
• Review cases through home visits, conferences, records review, and provider services.
• Review patient diagnoses, prognosis, medications and clinical course to guide care.
