Georgia Hospice Care is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to lead the care team and supervise professional and supportive services for hospice patients. You will coordinate clinical practice, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide ongoing staff education to maintain high-quality care.

You will orient new employees and act as a key member of the care team while you help achieve the organization’s mission of compassionate, patient-centered hospice services.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
• Current state license as a registered nurse.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience as an RN in an appropriate clinical care setting.
• Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80-100 lbs.

Mansioni

Essential Functions

Qualifications

A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse
• Experience: 2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred). Evidence of clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assigned supervision responsibilities
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
