Job summary

Bristol Hospice is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to ensure care is delivered appropriately and to supervise clinical personnel across our hospice program in California. The role involves coordinating with medical leadership, reviewing cases, and guiding clinicians to maintain high-quality home-based care.

Qualified candidates will hold a current RN license, have prior hospice/home care supervisory experience, and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing to practice in the state.
• Experience supervising hospice/home care teams preferred.
• Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive case referrals and assign hospice personnel to cases.
• Confer with Medical Director and Attending Physician on patient eligibility and care plan.
• Review patient records, diagnoses, prognosis, medications, and clinical course.
