Job summary
VNA Care is seeking a Hospice Clinical Nurse Manager, RN to oversee clinical operations in the Canton/Woburn area. The role coordinates patient care, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads a multidisciplinary team of nurses, aides, social workers, and other staff.

Qualifications
- Active RN license
- 3+ years in hospice or palliative care
- 1+ year in supervisory/management role
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide leadership and supervision to the clinical team (nurses, aides, social workers)
- Evaluate and assess patient care plans for quality and appropriateness
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing staff development
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adherence to best practices in hospice care
