VNA Care is seeking a Hospice Clinical Nurse Manager, RN to oversee clinical operations in the Canton/Woburn area. The role coordinates patient care, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads a multidisciplinary team of nurses, aides, social workers, and other staff.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• 3+ years in hospice or palliative care

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Hospice Clinical Services Manager to oversee the clinical operations of our hospice program. Compensation based on experience $120,000 - $125,000 per year

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospice or palliative care, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
