Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Wichita, KS is seeking a Manager of Clinical Services to lead a skilled clinical team in delivering compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care. You will shape care plans, mentor leaders, and ensure the highest standards of care with dignity and empathy.

As an RN with strong leadership, you’ll oversee staffing, supervise clinicians, conduct case reviews and education, and champion excellence across the organization while supporting families during critical times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters).
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case.
• Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving.
• Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff.
• Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience required
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience required
• Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case
• Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving
• Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care
• Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff
• Assist in ongoing staff education, orientation, and performance improvement efforts
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
