Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice in Georgia.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately.
• Oversee and evaluate patient cases through home visits.
• Conduct quarterly record reviews and provide recommendations.

Education

Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN) accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
