Job summary

Providence at Home with Compassus is seeking a Hospice Director Clinical Services (Registered Nurse/RN) in Everett, WA to supervise patient and family care and lead the Interdisciplinary Team toward high-quality, compliant service. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Medical Director and IDT to coordinate care within regulatory guidelines.

The ideal candidate is an RN with 3+ years in healthcare, leadership experience, and a valid state license; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN with minimum three years in healthcare
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; BSN a plus
• Experience with leadership or management is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient and family care as specified by the plan of care, ensuring quality and continuity
• Support and manage Interdisciplinary Team (IDT), including scheduling and mentoring
• Oversee the consultative process between Medical Director and IDT members
• Attend/Lead IDT meetings and ensure accurate EMR documentation workflow
